Sunday lunchtime. The chickens, ordered ahead.

Dicanta answers your rotisserie’s phone in Catalan and Spanish. It takes each order with its pickup time, offers the sides on your menu and sends everything to Servei.

I’d like a whole chicken and another half, to collect at two.

It’ll be ready at 14:00. Would you like any sides? We have chips and croquettes.

Large chips. It’s for Rosa.

Dicanta

A whole chicken, a half chicken and large chips, for pickup at 14:00. That’s €22.50. Shall I confirm?

Whole, half and sides

We load your menu with the portions, sides and prices. Dicanta offers exactly what you have.

Times you can keep

Dicanta gives pickup times based on the time you set for today. If lunchtime fills up, you stretch it in Servei.

When they’re gone, they’re gone

Mark the chicken as sold out in Servei and the next call no longer offers it.

Before you put it on the phone.

On Sundays lots of customers call at once. Can it cope?
We test simultaneous-call capacity with the number and subscribed plans before activation. This capacity is not yet validated in the demo.
What if they want it carved or with the sauce on the side?
If your menu needs extras or ingredient changes, we assess support before activating the service. The demo offers published items only.
What about ready meals and desserts?
If they’re on your menu, Dicanta offers them at their price, and you mark them sold out when they run out.

Pay for orders. Never for calls.

With a per-minute phone service, you pay for conversation time. With Dicanta, you pay for calls that end in an order. Payment for the food is separate.
