Pricing questions
- Why only successful orders?
- Because that's what matters to you. If Dicanta isn't bringing you orders, it shouldn't cost you money. It also keeps us honest: we only do well when the assistant is genuinely good.
- How much is it per order?
- It depends on your restaurant. Book a demo and we'll give you a clear rate before you commit to anything.
- Is this separate from what my customers pay?
- Yes. Customers pay you the way they always do, at pickup or on delivery. Dicanta never touches the payment for the food.
- What if an order is cancelled?
- If the call ended with an order, it counts. Before you start, we agree with you how cancellations are handled.
